3 Aug 2012 - Base room POC's must update their contact information with ATARooms@cox.net

24 Aug 2012 - Base POC's must confirm room requirements with ATARooms@cox.net

21 Sep 2012 - The final list of names and credit card information is due to the hotels

10 Oct/2400 EST - Early registration member rate ends

25 Oct/1700 EST - Standard registration member rate ends.

NOTE: After 25 Oct/1700 EST, Individuals MUST register On-Site at the convention!

IMPORTANT: If you registered for the convention on-line ensure you receive an email confirmation of your registration and take it with you to the convention! The email confirmation confirms your registration so you do not have to pay the full registration fee at the convention. If you did not receive an email confirmation after registering please contact the registrar at ata@atalink.org
