| 7 Aug - Base room POCs must confirm hotel room requirements/numbers | ||||||
| 4 Sep - Base room POCs provide final list of names and credit card info to the hotels | ||||||
| 24 Sep/2400 EST - Early registration rate of $290.00 ends | ||||||
| 22 Oct/1700 EST - Standard registration rate of $325.00 ends | ||||||
| After 22 Oct/1700 EST, Individuals must register on-site at the convention ($390.00)! | ||||||
| IMPORTANT: If you registered for the convention on-line ensure you receive an email confirmation of your registration and take it with you to the convention! The email confirmation confirms your registration so you do not have to pay the full registration fee ($390.00) at the convention.
